No surprise deletions
Customers are never deleted, and an update only touches the fields it actually carries. The only removals are a draft invoice voided at its source (deleted in Xero, which cannot void a draft) and the visits still to come when a finished job closes in Jobber.
Paid means paid, on both sides
A paid invoice becomes a real payment in QuickBooks Online, Xero, HubSpot, FreshBooks or Zoho Books for exactly the amount newly paid, and is marked received in Jobber, so nobody chases it. FreeAgent records no payment from outside, so there the bank feed does it.

No. A five step wizard: pick two systems, sign in to each, choose what to sync, set optional filters, start. Or describe it in one sentence, like "when a deal is won in Pipedrive, create a job in Jobber", and the wizard is filled in. Fields are matched for you, no code.
