3. Description of Service
2.1 What CRM Connector Does CRM Connector is a middleware integration platform that enables users to connect third-party CRM systems, business tools, and other software to GoHighLevel (GHL) through API-based integrations. Our Platform facilitates the synchronization of data — including contacts, appointments, invoices, and custom fields — between connected systems. 2.2 What CRM Connector Is Not CRM Connector is not a CRM, marketing platform, booking system, accounting tool, or substitute for any of the third-party platforms it integrates with. We do not own, operate, or control any third-party platform. Our Platform acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate data transfer between systems. 2.3 Platform Availability We strive to maintain the availability of our Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Account Registration and Access
