CRM Connector Platform
Keep every business systemagreeing with Jobber, automatically
CRM Connector Platform keeps the systems a company already uses in sync with Jobber. Contacts, invoices and quotes flow automatically between QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, HighLevel, Square, Stripe, Housecall Pro, ServiceM8 and Jobber, so nobody retypes data, nothing is forgotten, and both systems always show the same truth.

The core idea
Three principles run through everything
A business runs on more than one system: a CRM for leads, an accounting package for invoices, a payment provider, a field service tool. CRM Connector Platform connects them to Jobber and moves records across automatically, on a schedule you pick, with mapping you can see and adjust.
Honest syncing
The platform only offers what actually works. If a system cannot take a field back, that field is not pretended into a two way sync. If a status cannot be written, the page says so.
Never damage data
Every write is checked: partial updates never wipe fields, duplicates are detected before creating, and a record that points at a contact waits until that contact exists on the other side.
No busywork
Change detection means a settled integration reads thousands of records and writes nothing. Only real changes travel.
Marketplace apps
Start from the app you already run
Install from a marketplace or connect directly at platform.crm-connector.com. Either way the connection is attached to your account and the setup wizard walks you through your first integration.
Getting started
The setup wizard, five steps
Install from a marketplace or register directly at platform.crm-connector.com with email, Google or Microsoft. A two minute interactive demo sits on the login and register screens, so you see the whole flow before building anything.
- 1
Systems
Pick the source system and the target. Choose one way or both ways. Both ways is only selectable for system pairs that support it, and the wizard says why when it is not.
- 2
Authorization
Connect both sides. OAuth systems connect through a sign in popup; the login never leaves the app. API key systems take the key in a simple form. An app connection that already exists is offered from a list, so nobody signs in twice.
- 3
What to sync
The platform reads both systems and proposes record type pairs. Contacts are always on, because everything else points at them. Per record type you can switch both ways on where the pair supports it.
- 4
Specific filters
Per record type, when a record may travel: every invoice or only paid ones, all contacts or only customers or only leads. The options shown are only the ones the source system can honestly answer.
- 5
Finalization
Review the field mapping, proposed automatically and adjustable per field, pick the sync frequency, optionally set a sync from date, choose which system leads for two way types, and start.
The integrations today
What syncs, per system
Contacts sync two way between any two connected systems. Invoices and quotes sync two way between Jobber, QuickBooks and Xero, invoices two way with HubSpot, and HubSpot deals one way against Jobber jobs. Every other pair syncs contacts only; appointments are not offered today.

Jobber, QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Square and ServiceM8 can each be the destination of an integration. HighLevel, Stripe and Housecall Pro are sources that feed into one of those.
Two way sync
Both ways, only where it truly works
Two way is offered per system pair and per record type, only where both systems can carry changes back honestly. For each two way record type you pick a leading system: when the same record changed on both sides between syncs, the leading side wins. Contacts are two way with every connected system today; invoices and quotes are two way between Jobber, QuickBooks and Xero, and invoices two way with HubSpot as well.
On a schedule you pick
From every 30 minutes to every 3 days. Four hours and slower is free on every plan; faster intervals come with higher plans.
Change detection
Every record gets a fingerprint. Unchanged records are skipped, so a stable integration is quiet and fast, and the connected systems are not hammered.
Echo protection
On two way routes the platform remembers what it wrote, so its own write coming back from the other side is never mistaken for a new change. No loops, no records bouncing back and forth.
Contacts first
Records that belong to a contact wait until their contact has synced. Nothing is ever created pointing at nobody.
Sync from date
Records are judged on their own business date. Editing a 2019 invoice today does not drag it in. Contacts have no date and always travel.
Record triggers
Per record type you decide the moment a record may travel: invoices when created, sent or paid; contacts everyone, customers only, or leads only. Customer is proven per system, never guessed.
Rate limit aware
When a connected system asks the platform to slow down, the sync waits exactly as long as asked and resumes where it stopped. Throttling is never treated as a failure.
Failure handling
A temporarily failing record is retried; a record the system refuses is reported with the reason in plain words, grouped so one cause shows as one line. A whole integration that keeps failing is suspended after three failed runs and you are notified.
Disconnects are noticed
When a connected system rejects our access, that connection is switched off at once, its integrations are paused, and you get one clear message with a reconnect button. Nothing keeps claiming to be active while it cannot sync.
Totals that match
When a source keeps tax or charges outside its invoice lines, the invoice created on the other side gets one extra line for the difference, so both totals agree.
One currency targets
A system that only accepts one currency still receives the invoice, with the amounts unchanged, in the currency it does accept, rather than not receiving it at all.
Integration pages
Every pair, honestly documented
Each integration has its own page with the full field mapping, the direction per record type, and the limits the connected system imposes.
Seeing what happened
Nothing runs in the dark
Every run, every record and every failure is visible, grouped sensibly, and explained in plain words.
Dashboard
Key numbers, sync volume over time, and the latest runs, the moment you log in.
Activity
A living event log of every run: what was read, written, skipped and why, per integration and per record type, with drill down into individual records.
Reports
Sync health per integration, record type and direction. A two way integration shows as two lines, so it is always clear what came from which system. Higher plans add revenue, retention and operations panels built from the synced data, and every report exports as a real Excel workbook.
Assistant
One click answers to the questions people actually ask: what failed this week, what is still waiting on a contact, which paid customers have no work scheduled, which customers went quiet.
Notifications
In app notifications for things that need attention: a broken connection, a suspended integration, security events. One worsening problem is one notification that resurfaces, not fifty copies.
Operational mail plus a Monday morning summary per account, each switchable per user. Billing mail is always sent.
Accounts, team and security
Built to be managed, not babysat
App connections, made once, used by many
Sign in to a system once and every integration can pick that connection from a list. Five integrations on the same Jobber account are one connection, not five logins. Reconnect renews the sign in without touching the integrations that use it.
Blueprints
A saved integration recipe: which two systems, which record types, which direction, which triggers. It holds no login and no data. Use it to roll the same setup out to a second location or company file in minutes.
Team members and roles
Owner, Administrator and Read only. Read only members can look at everything and change nothing, enforced on the server. Invites go out by email.
Security built in
Two factor authentication with any authenticator app, recovery codes and trusted devices. Every sign in is a listed session you can end. OAuth tokens and API keys are stored encrypted, and removing a connection withdraws our access at the source where the system allows it.
Plans and billing
Four plans, unlimited records
