Salesforce and Jobber
From Salesforce opportunity to Jobber request to scheduled job
Every open Salesforce opportunity reaches the office as a Jobber request with everything Salesforce knows, and turns into a scheduled job on the next sync after it is won, so the handover from sales to operations never depends on an email.

Every step runs on its own, on each sync.
How it works
From an open opportunity to scheduled work
What happens on every sync, and where your team takes over.
- 1
In Salesforce
Contacts become clients
- Name, account, email, phone and mailing address arrive as a Jobber client.
- 2
In Salesforce
An open opportunity becomes a request
- The request carries the stage, amount, close date, lead source, created date and Salesforce record ID, with the amount as a line and the client's address as the service address.
- With leads switched on, an open lead becomes a request too, and the opportunity it converts into updates that same request.
- 3
In Salesforce
The opportunity is won
- A scheduled Jobber job is created for its primary contact, on the day it closed, with its amount.
- The job links back to the request it started as, so lead and work are one chain in Jobber.
- 4
In Jobber
Operations takes over
- Visits, completion and invoicing happen in Jobber.

What reaches Jobber
- For offices that assess and quote in Jobber.
- Open opportunities in the stages you tick, and open leads if you like, become requests.

What you decide
Which stages
The stages you tick, read from your own Salesforce pipeline, decide which open opportunities become requests.
Open leads
Off until you switch it on. An open lead then becomes a client and a request named after its company.
From which date
Only opportunities won on or after the date you pick become jobs (60 days back by default).
From which amount
Optionally only opportunities worth at least an amount you set.
