Yes. Moving a system to the other package never switches its agent off: the new package is paid for first, the agent then moves, and the package it left is no longer billed after the current period.

No. AI Agents works with or without a CRM Connector sync plan. With syncs running, the assistant can also see where the same customer sits in your other synced systems. Reading that other system needs its own package.
