Questions about plans and billing?
What counts as an integration, two way sync, records and AI Agents.
One configured connection between two systems that is switched on, for example QuickBooks to Jobber. Several record types inside that integration still count as one. Integrations saved as drafts do not count.
Yes. Starter runs every integration one way. Growth, Pro and Agency include two way sync for the record types where both systems can honestly carry a change back.
Yes. Add faster sync on top of any plan under Settings, Plan & Billing:
- Every hour: $5 a month ($50 billed yearly)
- Every 30 minutes: $10 a month ($100 billed yearly)
- Every 15 minutes: $20 a month ($200 billed yearly)
One add-on per account covers all your integrations, billed on the same invoice as your plan. Adding it applies at once and moves every integration to that speed; removing it takes effect at the end of the paid period. A plan that already syncs that fast drops the add-on, so you never pay twice.

AI Agents lets ChatGPT or Claude work inside one of your own business systems, such as your CRM. AI Analyst reads and searches your records. AI Agent also changes them when you ask, and shows every change first. The packages and prices are in the AI Agents block above. GoHighLevel is priced per location, AI Analyst $9.99 or AI Agent $29.99 a month, because an agency runs many locations.
