WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online
Every WooCommerce order a QuickBooks invoice, every payment booked
Every paid WooCommerce order becomes a QuickBooks Online invoice for the same customer with the payment booked against it, and the invoice is voided again if the order is cancelled. No more copying orders into the books at the end of the month.
- Totals that match the order
- Payments linked to the invoice

How it works
From checkout to a paid invoice
What happens on every sync, and where your team takes over.
- 1
In WooCommerce
Your customers stay the same in both
- Customers go from WooCommerce into QuickBooks Online, or both ways if you like, so every order lands on the right customer.
- 2
In WooCommerce
The order is paid
- An invoice is created in QuickBooks Online for the same customer, with the product lines, shipping and fees.
- Coupons arrive as one Discount line and tax as one line, so the total matches the order.
- 3
In QuickBooks Online
The payment is booked
- A payment is recorded in QuickBooks and linked to the invoice, dated the day the order was paid.
- Bank transfers count once the order leaves on hold, cash on delivery once it is completed.
- 4
In WooCommerce
Cancelled or refunded
- A cancelled or failed order voids its invoice, unless QuickBooks already recorded a payment on it.
- A refunded order stays paid: record the refund in QuickBooks yourself.
