HighLevel and ServiceM8
From won HighLevel lead to ServiceM8 work order, every booking on the schedule
Every opportunity won in HighLevel becomes a ServiceM8 work order for the same client, bookings travel between the HighLevel calendar and the ServiceM8 schedule, and the contact can be tagged once the job is done.

How it works
From a won opportunity to a finished job
What happens on every sync, and where your team takes over.
- 1
In HighLevel
Your clients stay the same in both
- Contacts sync both ways between HighLevel and ServiceM8, so a won opportunity's work order lands on the right client.
- 2
In HighLevel
The opportunity is won
- A ServiceM8 work order is created for the same client, named after the opportunity, dated the day it was won, with its value as one material line.
- Open, lost and abandoned opportunities stay in HighLevel.
- 3
In ServiceM8
Bookings stay in step
- Appointments sync both ways between the HighLevel calendar and the ServiceM8 schedule: title, start and end follow on either side.
- A HighLevel booking becomes a work order with a scheduled time on the ServiceM8 schedule.
- 4
In ServiceM8
The job is done
- ServiceM8 decides whether the work happened: completing the job marks the HighLevel appointment as showed.
- Optionally the contact gets the tag "job completed" in HighLevel, so your automations can ask for a review.

Two ways to bring work into ServiceM8
- For teams that sell from a HighLevel pipeline.
- Every opportunity won from the date you pick becomes one work order, never two.
You can run both. If every won opportunity also gets a booking in HighLevel, pick one of the two, or the same job can show up twice in ServiceM8.
What you decide
From which date
