Where a system draws a line, the page says so, so there are no surprises after go live.

  • Two records, one contact

    A ServiceM8 client is a company card plus a contact person. The platform reads and writes both together, so you just see one clean contact on both sides.

  • Clients only

    Jobs, invoices and scheduling are not offered for ServiceM8 on the platform.

  • Removing the add-on

    ServiceM8 offers no way for an app to revoke its own access, so after disconnecting on the platform, fully removing the add-on happens in the ServiceM8 add-on store.
