What happens on every sync, and where your team takes over.

Your customers reach QuickBooks
- Stripe customers become QuickBooks Online customers, both ways if you like.
- 2In Stripe
An invoice is made in Stripe
- It becomes a QuickBooks invoice for the same customer, with its lines, dates and total.
- Tax Stripe keeps outside its lines becomes one "Tax and other charges" line, and a plan change credit becomes a discount, so the total is the Stripe total.
- 3In QuickBooks Online
The invoice is paid
- A payment is linked to the QuickBooks invoice, dated the day the invoice was paid in Stripe.
- A part payment arrives part paid, and each new part payment is recorded once.
- 4In QuickBooks Online
A void follows
- A voided Stripe invoice voids its QuickBooks invoice, unless QuickBooks already recorded a payment on it.
- An invoice already void before it ever travelled is not created.
