With AI Agent, describe a rule in the chat. Approve it once in CRM Connector, and it runs in your system by itself.
A rule can set fields, move a stage or add a note or a task, and what else it can do depends on your system. It never deletes and never records a payment. Tell us what it should do, and we set it up for you.

It never records a payment
Payments stay readable and are never made by the assistant or an automation. Nothing is ever deleted either.
Notes stay in the history
A note lands in the Xero history of the contact, invoice or quote. Xero keeps it there, so it cannot be changed or removed later.
Invoices go to the contact's own address
Xero emails an approved invoice to the address on the contact and nowhere else. A draft cannot be emailed.
Not in the Xero agent
Emailing a quote, tasks, because Xero has none, and bills and expenses. Tell us if you need those.
Big changes need your click
