Rows with the same email
Rows that share the key column you picked, an email by default, make one contact, so a customer listed on several rows is never created twice.
A cell changes
The same change is made to the HubSpot contact on the next sync, where HubSpot takes it.
A row is deleted
The contact stays in HubSpot: a sync never deletes.
