Google Sheets to Salesforce integration

Your spreadsheet of leads and deals, in Salesforce

CRM Connector reads your Google Sheet, or an Excel or CSV file, and brings contacts and opportunities into Salesforce, matched before anything is created. Edit a row and the change follows.

  • Google sign in, or an Excel or CSV upload
  • Salesforce stays the system of record

How it runs

One way, into Salesforce

Google Sheets sends and Salesforce receives, for every record type. A change made in Salesforce stays there and is never sent back into Google Sheets.

It happens in Google Sheets, then in Salesforce

  • A new row

    • Looked for in Salesforce on the exact email, then on the phone for a contact without another email, and updated when found.
    • Otherwise a new contact is created.
  • Rows with the same email

Rows that share the key column you picked, an email by default, make one contact, so a customer listed on several rows is never created twice.

  • A cell changes

The same change is made to the Salesforce contact on the next sync, where Salesforce takes it.

  • A row is deleted

The contact stays in Salesforce: a sync never deletes.
