- Looked for in ServiceM8 on the exact email (a taken client name gets the email behind it) and updated when found.
- Otherwise a new client is created.
Rows with the same email
Rows that share the key column you picked, an email by default, make one contact, so a customer listed on several rows is never created twice.
A cell changes
The same change is made to the ServiceM8 client on the next sync, where ServiceM8 takes it.
A row is deleted
The client stays in ServiceM8: a sync never deletes.
