How it runs
One way, into Xero
Google Sheets sends and Xero receives, for every record type. A change made in Xero stays there and is never sent back into Google Sheets.

A new row
- Looked for in Xero on email, then on name, and updated when found.
- Otherwise a new contact is created.
Rows with the same email
Rows that share the key column you picked, an email by default, make one contact, so a customer listed on several rows is never created twice.
A cell changes
The same change is made to the Xero contact on the next sync, where Xero takes it.
A row is deleted
The contact stays in Xero: a sync never deletes.
