Connect Jobber
Start the Jobber connect flow, sign in to Jobber on Jobber's own login screen, and the connection is attached to your CRM Connector account.

Pick the other system
QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, HighLevel, Square, Stripe, Housecall Pro or ServiceM8. OAuth systems sign in through a popup; API key systems take the key in a simple form.

Confirm what syncs
The wizard proposes the record types and the field mapping. Switch two way on per record type where the pair supports it, pick the leading system, set your filters and frequency.

What syncs into and out of Jobber
Clients, both ways with every system
Created on either side appears on the other, matched by email and phone before anything new is created. A phone number counts as the same person however it is written.
Invoices, both ways with QuickBooks, Xero and HubSpot
Number, dates, status, total and line items. A Jobber invoice marked paid becomes a real payment in the books; an invoice paid there is settled in Jobber with Jobber's own mark received.
Quotes, both ways with QuickBooks and Xero
A quote created on either side appears on the other, and a decision made in Jobber follows. A quote arriving in Jobber lands as a draft, because the Jobber API cannot send or approve a quote.
Jobs against HubSpot deals
A HubSpot deal becomes a Jobber job or a Jobber job becomes a HubSpot deal, in the direction the integration was set up. Won and lost are read from the pipeline's own settings.
