From connect to first sync with QuickBooks Online

Start the QuickBooks connect flow, sign in with Intuit, pick the company file. The platform is attached to that specific QuickBooks company.

Sign in to Jobber through the popup, or pick an existing Jobber app connection from the list so you never sign in twice.

Confirm what syncs
Customers are always on. Switch invoices and estimates on, choose two way per record type, pick which system leads, set the invoice trigger and the sync from date.

What syncs into and out of QuickBooks Online
Customers, both ways
First name, last name, company and billing address stay in step. QuickBooks display name rules, unique names and forbidden characters are handled for you.
Invoices, both ways
Dates, status and total stay in step. Line items travel when the invoice is created and each system owns its own lines afterwards. QuickBooks numbers its own invoices, so the books never get conflicting numbers.
Payments, recorded properly
A paid Jobber invoice becomes a QuickBooks payment applied to that invoice for the open balance, dated on the day it was paid. No fake payments and no double counting.
Estimates and quotes, both ways
A QuickBooks estimate becomes a Jobber quote and the other way round. A quote approved in Jobber becomes an accepted estimate; a decision already taken in QuickBooks is never pulled back.
