From connect to first sync with ServiceM8
The CRM Connector Platform add-on in the ServiceM8 Add-on Store is on its way. You do not have to wait for it: the connect flow below signs you in to ServiceM8, attaches the connection to your account and walks you through your first integration today.

Start the ServiceM8 connect flow and approve the app on ServiceM8's own login screen. The connection is attached to your CRM Connector account.

Sign in to Jobber through the popup, or pick an existing Jobber app connection from the list.

Clients sync both ways. Pick which system leads when both sides changed, choose everyone, customers only or leads only, and set the frequency.

What syncs into and out of ServiceM8
Clients, both ways
Client name, contact first and last name, email, mobile and address. ServiceM8 requires a client name, and the platform builds a sensible one when only a person is known.
Two records, one contact
Writing into ServiceM8 updates the client card and its primary contact person together, and creates the contact person when the client has none.
Customers, proven by completed jobs
A ServiceM8 client with at least one completed job counts as a customer, which powers the customers only and leads only filters.
Rejections caught, budget respected
ServiceM8 can refuse a write inside an otherwise successful response; the platform reads that envelope and reports it honestly. Writes are engineered to cost the minimum number of API calls.
