Looked for in FreshBooks on the exact email before a customer is created.
Name, company, email, phone or address changes
The same change is made to the FreshBooks customer on the next sync.
- The name, email and phone sit on the client's primary contact person in Zoho Books. Any other contact people on that client are kept as they are.
- Only active customers are read. Vendors stay in Zoho Books.

- For each two way record type you choose whether Zoho Books or FreshBooks leads. The leading side always runs first in a sync.
- It only matters when the same record changed in both systems between two syncs. Every other change simply travels.
- A record is never moved backwards by a sync: a paid invoice is not reopened, a decided quote is not undecided.

No. Each system numbers its own invoices, and Zoho Books keeps the other system's number as the reference.
No. FreshBooks does not let another system accept or decline an estimate, so the decision is made in FreshBooks and flows into Zoho Books.
