How it runs
One way, into FreeAgent
Google Sheets sends and FreeAgent receives, for every record type. A change made in FreeAgent stays there and is never sent back into Google Sheets.

The same change is made to the FreeAgent contact on the next sync, where FreeAgent takes it.
A row is deleted
The contact stays in FreeAgent: a sync never deletes.
