Credentials for FreeAgent and HubSpot are checked and sign in tokens refreshed automatically. If a connection was removed on either side, the integration pauses and you get one message with a reconnect button.

When both sides changed the same record
- For each two way record type you choose whether FreeAgent or HubSpot leads. The leading side always runs first in a sync.
- It only matters when the same record changed in both systems between two syncs. Every other change simply travels.
- A record is never moved backwards by a sync: a paid invoice is not reopened, a decided quote is not undecided.

Yes. Dates and status follow in both directions, and a FreeAgent payment reaches HubSpot. Lines and the total are set when the invoice is created.
No. FreeAgent marks an invoice paid when you explain the payment from your bank feed, so the sync leaves that to you and never adds a second bank line. A payment made in FreeAgent does travel out.
Yes, as a draft in FreeAgent, when you choose that stage rule and the deal was won on or after your start date. The sync never sends it.
Yes, once it is sent. Approving it moves the deal to won, rejecting it to lost. A draft estimate does not travel.
It is not created. A credit stays in the system it was made in.
