- The name, email and phone sit on the client's primary contact person in Zoho Books. Any other contact people on that client are kept as they are.

- It only matters when the same record changed in both systems between two syncs. Every other change simply travels.
- A record is never moved backwards by a sync: a paid invoice is not reopened, a decided quote is not undecided.

Yes, once it is sent. Accepting it moves the deal to won, declining it or letting it expire to lost. A draft estimate does not travel.
No. An invoice sent in the other system is only marked sent in Zoho Books. Sending it stays your decision.
