Two way
Both systems stay the same. Every sync runs from the leading system into the other, then back.
- You pick whether Salesforce or QuickBooks Online leads
- Changes on either side travel
- Nothing bounces back and forth
CRM Connector Platform
Salesforce runs sales, QuickBooks Online keeps the books. CRM Connector keeps your contacts the same in both, turns every won opportunity into a draft invoice and brings a sent estimate into Salesforce as an opportunity sales can follow, so nobody retypes a sale.
Contacts both ways, won opportunities into draft invoices
At a glance. Contacts stay the same on both sides, won opportunities arrive as draft invoices and sent quotes as opportunities. Below: which field matches which, and what every change does.
Your choice
Keep both systems identical, or let one feed the other. You decide per record type.

Name, email, phone or address changes
The same change is made to the QuickBooks customer on the next sync.
The company changes later
Not carried: the account name reaches QuickBooks when the customer is created.
How a sync runs
What happens every time the integration runs, in the order it really happens. Pick which system leads and watch the records move.
