Customers
Both waysName, company, email, mobile, address and lead source stay in step. A customer with at least one completed job counts as a customer for the filters.

How Housecall Pro connects
API key
Housecall Pro connects with an API key from the Housecall Pro app store settings. Paste it into the setup wizard, done. The key is stored encrypted and can be replaced at any time.

A Housecall Pro plan that includes API access.

Where a system draws a line, the page says so, so there are no surprises after go live.
Addresses are set at creation in Housecall Pro
Housecall Pro does not accept addresses on updates, so an address travels in when the customer is created there. Later address changes flow out of Housecall Pro, not into it.
Nothing gets blanked
Only filled fields are sent to Housecall Pro; a partial update cannot wipe anything.
Customers only
Jobs, invoices and scheduling are not offered for Housecall Pro on the platform.
